Via Culinaria
Two Kitzsteinhorn restaurants are among the favoured few mountain restaurants and huts in Land Salzburg to be chosen, in November 2012, by the „Via Culinaria – Genussweg für Hüttenhocker“. Within the framework of this initiative by the „Salzburger Land Tourismus“, quality-conscious mountain restaurant proprietors offer special Via Culinaria hut delights, to be enjoyed in these restaurants exclusively.
The master chefs on the „Kitz“ have created their Via Culinaria specialities in cooperation with the double toque-awarded chef, Sepp Brügler, from the Restaurant Erlhof in Thumersbach. They are served in the Restaurant Gletschermühle and the Gipfel Restaurant, at 3.029, this summer.
