The World's biggest Triathlon Event (Ironman 70.3 - World Championship) will be held in Zell am See-Kaprun during the last weekend of August. Therefore please put your attention to the road closures on your way to the Kitzsteinhorn.

The bus line No 660 shuttles (every hour) between Zell am See, Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. Tickets are sold on the bus.
There is a free ski-bus service from october to may. Kitzsteinhorn guests can use the ski bus between Zell am See - Kaprun - Kitzsteinhorn for free.
