Slippery slides in summer snow

Slightly below the peak, on the glacier plateau at about 3000 metres in altitude there's a free adventure area awaiting you, one of a kind in austria. An unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Fascination Gipfelwelt 3000

During a free guided tour with a National Park Ranger you can experience fascinating insights into and views of the Hohe Tauern National Park. A highlight of the guided tour is the visit to the panorama platform of the National Park Gallery.

Freeride Trails

As soon as the Kitzsteinhorn winter season has concluded for the freeriders in the snow, at late spring the mountain bikes come into operation. On the extra-long downhill from Alpincenter into the valley, you ride 12 kilometres in distance and 1,500 metres in altitude. Geißstein Trail, Wüstlau Trail and Bachler Trail deliver pure action and riding fun!

Finest snow enjoyment

One can enjoy dreamy powder snow on the Kitzsteinhorn already in Autumn, sparkling corn snow way into Spring and a magnificent white Winter, with natural snow guarantee, inbetween.

The snowpark season on the Kitzsteinhorn already starts in autumn. Glacier park will open when snow conditions are sufficient at approx. end of october. See you in the parks!
