Guided summit tour to the Kitzsteinhorn in 3,203 m above sea level
On this tour, a state-certified mountain guide accompanies participants rope-secured to the 3,203-m-high summit of the Kitzsteinhorn. The ascent is rewarded by breathtaking views – from the glaciated flanks of the adjacent Hohe Tauern National Park’s threethousanders over the rugged cirques of the Steinernes Meer (“Rocky Sea”) and grassy slopes of the Kitzbuehel Alps all the way down to the Zell valley.

Intermediate level of fitness and surefootedness
EQUIPMENT
Tour in high alpine terrain – appropriate equipment required: warm jacket, trekking or mountain boots (slip-resistant sole, ankle-high), rucksack, sunglasses and sun cream. Hat and gloves can be hired.
