Terms of participation winter 2025
ORGANISER
This prize competition is organised by Kitzsteinhorn - Gletscherbahnen Kaprun AG, Kitzsteinhornplatz 1a, 5710 Kaprun, hereinafter referred to as Kitzsteinhorn. The competition is in no way connected with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. and is not sponsored, supported or managed by the various social media.
ELIGIBILITY & OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPATION
Anyone aged 14 years old or over is entitled to enter the competition. However any owners, workersor other employees of Gletscherbahnen Kaprun, any employees of third-party companies involved in the running of this prize competition are not entitled to enter.
In order to take part in the competition, participants are required to answer one of the online surveys issued on the topic of ‘Kitzsteinhorn region’ between 01.10.2025 and 30.04.2026.
PRIZES
- 1 pair of Atomic Redster G9 Revoshock S skis incl. I 12 GW bindings
available in lengths 166, 171, 176, or 181 cm - 1 pair of Atomic Cloud C14 Revoshock S skis incl. MI 12 GW bindings
available in lengths 152, 160, 168, or 176 cm - 10 × day passes
PROCESS
1. In order to enter the competition, the participant must answer the online survey compiled by Gletscherbahnen Kaprun on the topic of ‘Kitzsteinhorn region.
2. The competition closes on 30.04.2026 at 24:00.
3. The winners will be selected at random from all the entrants who completed the online survey until end of May 2026.
BREACH OF THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
In the event of a breach of the terms of participation or the deliberate or unintentional provision of false information in the survey, Kitzsteinhorn reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the prize draw. Any individuals who make use of unauthorised resources or manipulate the competition to their advantage will also be excluded. Should a breach of the terms of participation occur, prizes already ordered can be revoked or reclaimed at a later date.
MISCELLANEOUS
The judges’ decision is final. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable. Austrian law applies to these terms of participation. Should any of these terms prove invalid either in part or in whole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
Data Protection
Gletscherbahnen Kaprun guarantee to adhere to the legal provisions on data protection and to only
use participants’ personal data for the purposes of running this prize draw and only to pass these
details on to third parties where required for the purposes of running and implementing this offer.
By taking part in this prize draw, the participant agrees to the use of his/her details by Gletscherbahnen Kaprun or its associated service providers. Gletscherbahnen Kaprun hereby confirm that third parties are also contractually required to adhere to the same legal provisions of data protection in the processing of any personal details provided. Gletscherbahnen Kaprun are the
recipients of any information provided. The participant can withdraw his/her consent at any time by
contacting Gletscherbahnen Kaprun, password ‘SAMON’, Kitzsteinhornplatz 1a, 5710 Kaprun.
Right of modification
Gletscherbahnen Kaprun reserve the right to modify or add to these terms of participation at any
time without giving a reason, where this is required in the interests of a simple and secure process
and in particular to prevent misuse or for other reasons.
