FUN

Fun attractions at the Kitzsteinhorn and the Maiskogel

Young explorers love the KIDSsteinhorn adventure playground at the Alpincenter and rejoice when racing downhill on the Maisiflitzer Alpine Coaster to the Maiskogel lower terminus. This is also where the popular family and leisure park with slides, bouncy castles and much more is waiting for the kids. Have you ever been tobogganing in summer? In the Ice Arena at the glacier plateau, you can enjoy tobogganing even at the height of summer.

Action

Activities for action-hungry holidaymakers

Mountain bike

If you want to put your calf muscles to the test, then push the pedals of your bike uphill. Starting from the centre of Kaprun, the route leads uphill to the glacier region of the Alpincenter in 2,450 m above sea level. More leisurely is this route by E-mountain bike which can be recharged at the charging station at the Alpincenter. Action-hungry bikers, who prefer a downhill ride across curvy trails, can take the gondola lift uphill and opt for one of the three different freeride trails with a total of twelve kilometres, leading back into the valley.

Highlights
  • Mountain bike freeride trails
  • Uphill route to 2,500 m above sea level
  • E-mountain bike
